What plants do you sell?
We specialise in full sun & shade perennials, shrubs, bulbs & grasses suited to a wide range of climatic conditions within Australia.
Are your plants bare-rooted or potted?
All our plants are shipped in the pots they have been grown in. We ensure all plants have a strong root system which can mean the difference between success or failure in the garden.
Do you ship Australia-wide?
Yes, we ship to most areas across Australia. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Unfortunately we don't ship to WA, NT or TAS.
What is your returns policy if my plants arrive damaged?
If your plants arrive damaged please notify us within 48 hours. It is also helpful to take photos. We will do our best to make things right. Please refer to the 'Terms & Policies' in the footer below for more information.
My plants don't look so great? Why?
If you spent a week in a box you wouldn't either! Plant foliage can start to yellow after periods of lack of light. This will self-correct after about a week or so in natural light. Some plants may require trimming prior to packaging. Finally, plants sent through the colder months may be in their dormant state, particularly many of the herbaceous perennials that we grow. Resist the urge to water plants during the dormancy period. Once the warmer weather arrives these types of perennials will spring into life!
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are packaged and sent each Monday. Typically 4-7 days depending on your location. You will receive Australia post tracking information via email. Yes, we do send to Post office boxes.
Local Pick up from nursery?
We offer local pick up from nursery. Select 'Local Pick up' at the checkout. Please arrange an appointment for pick up as we are not always available.
What are our payment methods?
You can pay for your order using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal and Shop Pay. If you wish to pay by bank transfer you can email your order directly and we can provide bank details.
How are plants packaged for delivery?
Very carefully! We package our plants using copious amounts of newspaper which is 'breathable' and absorbent. We ensure there is minimal movement in the carton so that a mountain of soil doesn't fall out upon opening your order.
Stock availability
Need more than what's listed? We'd love to help! We offer a 'Grow to Order' service for larger quantities — perfect for bigger gardens, landscaping projects, or special occasions. Simply get in touch and we'll chat through what's possible. Please allow additional lead time for grown-to-order plants.
