Shipping destinations
We ship to most areas across Australia. Unfortunately, we do not ship to Western Australia, the Northern Territory or Tasmania.
We can deliver to post office boxes.
Shipping rates
Shipping is calculated according to the order value:
- Orders from $0 to $50: $10 shipping
- Orders from $50 to $100: $20 shipping
- Orders from $100 to $250: $35 shipping
- Orders of $250 or more: $65 shipping
The applicable shipping charge will be displayed at checkout.
Dispatch and delivery
Orders are packaged and dispatched each Monday. Delivery typically takes 4–7 days, depending on your location.
Orders are sent with Australia Post. Tracking information will be emailed to you after your order has been dispatched.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather or circumstances outside our control.
Plant packaging
All plants are shipped in the pots in which they have been grown. We carefully package plants using breathable, absorbent newspaper and secure them to minimise movement and soil loss during transit.
Some foliage may yellow after spending time in a box without light. This should correct itself after the plant has been returned to natural light. Some plants may be trimmed before packaging, and herbaceous perennials shipped during colder months may be dormant.
Damaged plants
If your plants arrive damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at alpineperennials@gmail.com. Please include photographs of the plants and packaging so we can assess the issue and help make things right.
Returns and remedies are also subject to our Refund Policy.
Local pickup
Local pickup from the nursery is available. Select Local pickup at checkout and contact us to arrange an appointment, as the nursery is not always attended.
